Ordered one day cooker came the next day. That'shard to believe but it true. We had other Zojirushi rice cookers.This one was for a gift to a family memeber. They like it and wouldhope other people could have one. The price was great too. Amazonhas many more items from Zojirushi to look at. When I opened the packaging, I found there were a lot of scratches on the bottom of the non-stick coated pan already! It might be caused by the free-moving plastic cups in the pan due to the poor packaging design by the manufacturer. I therefore had some doubts about the quality of the product since their packaging seems cheap and not much thought to it. I decided to return the rice cooker to Amazon. Fortunately Amazon handled the return smoothly....
