Then when we cook, it bubbles and make a great mess on the cover and on the cabinet surface. I have to clean it up after everytime i cook, which didn't happen to our Tiger rice cooker that we bought 10 years ago. Our friend let us borrow their Tiger rice cooker. We cooked Jasmine rice from Thailand in it. It was amazing; just like eating at the best Chinese restaurant. No more Minute Rice for us! I did a search and found the lowest price on Amazon. We've been using this for 5 months now with no problems and have cooked 50 pounds of rice. Clean up is easy. Just follow the directions....
