This review is from: Wolfgang Puck 10-cup Rice Cooker - FrontgateLost the silcone gasket that fits into the lid of unit. It is like a sippy cup insert that must be removed & cleaned each use. This part is not available separately from the lid (just got off the phone with the manufacturer). So, if you loose this gasket, which I did, you must purchase the whole lid to get said gasket. Price for lid? $38.50 plus shipping. If you don't use gasket the most horrible smell emits from your cooker and all the labels & plates peel off. Food still cooks nicely, just acompanied by wretched smell. Other than that, unit performs very nicely. I personally will not puchase from Wolfgang Puck again....
