I ordered a functionally similar one and the product was delivered on the promised arrival date.The cooker works like a charm (as our old one which has provided many years of services and wonderful memory). We have no problem whats so ever. Some parts from our older cooker can be used on the new one....This review is from: TATUNG TAC-6G RICE COOKEROverall it is a good product. The rice cooks well. And it is very fast. It should last many years. Just wish it has a delay timer. The outside pot collects calcium from water too, so it needs a little bit extra clean work....
