I have no complaints; it is rugged, works well and is a reliable rice cooker. I have had this model for three years now, and have no need to replace it or purchase an alternative. Its nice having a hinged lid (when I open the cooker I do not have to find a place to set lid.) You will pay a bit more for this product than other brands -- it is well worth it!!...
