This review is from: Sanyo ECJ-N100F 10-Cup Electronic Rice Cooker and SteamerI purchased this product about a month ago and have used it approximately 4 times. It no longer works. The lights don't come on and the heating element doesn't heat. Amazon's return policy states only a partial refund is available for items that have been used. I can find no customer service phone number on the Amazon site that I can call to discuss this problem with a person. I contacted Sanyo customer service and must send the rice steamer off to a service center somewhere, then wait to get a "fixed" product. What I really want to do is simply return it. This product is not worth the frustration. Buying a small appliance over the internet from a site with no customer service available is a bad idea....
